Connecticut residents know that car accidents may be caused by a variety of things. An unfortunate number of crashes can be attributed to the negligence or poor decision-making on the part of drivers. A group of people were standing outside and at least one other man was in a car. All of a sudden another vehicle hit the man in the car and several pedestrians.
It was identified that the driver who ran into the other car and the group of people had experienced cardiac arrest while behind the wheel of his own car. Fortunately, nobody was killed in the accident, but several people were injured. The man in the car who was hit and four people on foot all required treatment at a hospital.
Certainly, persons involved in an accident like this can have compassion for the driver who had the heart attack.
