Biography

Caroline E. Lovallo is a dedicated and compassionate personal injury attorney specializing in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and workers’ compensation claims. With a deep commitment to her clients, she works diligently to provide legal services with empathy and understanding.

Before joining Miller & Rosnick, Caroline served at the Office of the Chief Public Defender in Hartford, CT, as a Fellowship Attorney, where she fought for families in juvenile and child welfare matters at the Superior Court and Appellate Court levels. This experience was a critical step in becoming a powerful advocate through written and oral argument.

During law school, Caroline gained practical legal experience as a Licensed Student Attorney with the Thurgood Marshall Criminal Misdemeanor Clinic, where she assisted individuals who could not afford legal representation in pursuit of positive legal outcomes. She led her clients with confidence through all steps of the criminal pretrial process resulting in successful negotiations and favorable agreements on her clients’ behalf. Caroline additionally served on the Editorial Board as the Symposium Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and was published in Volume 46 for her article concerning facial recognition technology practices in law enforcement.
