Biography

Caroline E. Lovallo is a dedicated and compassionate personal injury attorney specializing in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and workers’ compensation claims. With a deep commitment to her clients, she works diligently to provide legal services with empathy and understanding.

Before joining Miller & Rosnick, Caroline served at the Office of the Chief Public Defender in Hartford, CT, as a Fellowship Attorney. where she gained unique and valuable legal experience litigating juvenile and child welfare matters at the Superior Court and Appellate Court levels. Through this experience, Caroline developed strong legal research and writing, as well as the ability to confidently present sound oral arguments to the Connecticut Court of Appeals. This experience was a critical step in becoming a powerful advocate for her clients.

During law school, Caroline gained practical legal experience as a Licensed Student Attorney with the Thurgood Marshall Criminal Misdemeanor Clinic, where she assisted individuals who could not afford legal representation in pursuit of positive legal outcomes. She led her clients with confidence through all steps of the criminal pretrial process from client interviews to successful negotiations with prosecutors. Caroline additionally served on the Editorial Board as the Symposium Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and was published in Volume 46 for her article concerning facial recognition technology practices in law enforcement.
