Frank A. DeNicola, Jr. (“Skip”) has practiced law for more than twenty years. He holds an MBA and law degree, and is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut. During law school, Mr. DeNicola was named Business Managing Editor of the Connecticut Probate Law Journal and to the Phi Delta Phi legal honors society.
After graduation in 1991, Mr. DeNicola worked at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York focusing on tax, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. In 1999, Mr. DeNicola became associated with Attorney Gordon, and in 2006 became a full partner in the successor firm known as “Gordon and DeNicola.”
Mr. DeNicola sees the “big picture,” and is results oriented. He is totally committed to providing a high-quality, cost-efficient service, and is a steadfast advocate for his clients. That said, Mr. DeNicola believes that, to be effective and efficient, litigation must be managed – he insists that his clients articulate beforehand their desired objectives, and outlines for them whether those objectives are reasonable, the strategy most likely to achieve them, and the projected costs involved. Runaway litigation is simply counter-productive.
Mr. DeNicola believes that, as with any relationship, the key to a successful attorney and client relationship is communication. Skip lives in Trumbull with his wife Nancy, and their three children.
