William H. Price is a dedicated personal injury attorney specializing in medical malpractice, advocating for individuals who have been seriously injured due to professional and ordinary negligence. Before joining Miller & Rosnick, Will worked at several prominent malpractice and trial firms, gaining extensive experience in litigating cases involving medical negligence. He has successfully secured significant recoveries for his clients through strong courtroom advocacy and trial representation.
During law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law, he gained hands-on litigation experience in both civil and criminal law. As part of the UConn Criminal Trial Clinic, he represented individuals who could not afford a private attorney but did not qualify for a public defender. In this role, he handled all aspects of trial preparation, from client interviews to courtroom advocacy, ensuring his clients received a fair defense.
He also clerked for Judge Antonio Robaina, where he gained valuable insight into trial proceedings and judicial decision-making. His legal scholarship includes a published Note on the forensic analysis of pulmonary embolism, housed in the UConn Law Library.
