• Significant Confidential Settlement – Husband-and-wife driving to their ski condo in Killington, Vermont. Their car struck an 1800 pound bull, which was standing on the state road in Killington. Driver killed at the scene. The owner of the ball was aware that the bull would often escape from the farm and wander onto the road. The owner of the bull was indicted for involuntary manslaughter.
